Study on Clamping Mechanism of Internal and External Variable Diameter Lifting Tool for Offshore Foundation Pile

چکیده

Large marine foundation piles are an important part of offshore structural pile foundations, and their lifting operations have always been a major problem in the construction structures. Based on IHC’s bilateral spreader, this paper proposes scheme “internal external clamping type variable diameter spreader”. It solves poor adaptability spreaders to same specification different pipe diameters. At time, article has conducted in-depth research two methods friction wedge tooth embedded clamping. Through experiments, it is found that under lateral load, load capacity teeth tightening three times Aiming at embedding method first all, influence profile angle performance was studied by plastic mechanics slip line field theory Abaqus simulation analysis. Subsequently, elastic analysis were used study stress characteristics during process, internal distribution obtained. The aims provide reference for design actual projects.
